Transforming Lives: From Despair to Dignity
From hear the life changing path starts, now no torn , dirty clothes, no seveage smell, no parasite!!
The NGO has started from scratch, with no proper resources, very less man power, but dedication was fully updated. We started extensive counselling to make Baggers in main stream. But many of them were not able to come in main stream because there is no resource to earn
livelihood. Everything is blank and blind if we talk about future. Then we start rescue, these poor people who are bagging (Bhikshook) on roads. Now they are for 24*7 with us.
They hear received proper diet, shelter, health checkups, vaccinations, treatments, grooming, soft skills and job training to work in various organizations.
Beggar Rehabilitation
- Addressing Social Stigma: Beggars face social stigma and discrimination, which hinders their integration into mainstream society. A rehabilitation center can provide a safe space where they can receive support without judgment.
- Promoting Human Dignity: Every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. A rehabilitation center offers a dignified alternative to begging, where individuals can access basic necessities such as food, shelter, and healthcare
- Addressing Root Causes: Begging is often a symptom of deeper societal issues such as unemployment, lack of education, and mental health problems. A rehabilitation center can address these root causes by offering vocational training, educational programs, and counseling services.
- Breaking the Cycle of Poverty:700. Begging perpetuates poverty and dependence. By providing rehabilitation services, individuals can acquire skills and opportunities for sustainable livelihoods, breaking the cycle of poverty.
- Protecting Vulnerable Populations: Beggars, especially women and children, are vulnerable to exploitation, trafficking, and abuse. A rehabilitation center can provide protection and support for these vulnerable populations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Improving Public Spaces: Begging can create a negative perception of public spaces and impact tourism and economic activities. By rehabilitating beggars and reducing begging activities, a rehabilitation center can contribute to the improvement of public spaces and enhance the overall quality of life in Jaipur.
